Customs Fees & Import Duties
We do not cover, pre-pay, or reimburse any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by your local government (With the exception of USA). These are separate from your order total and are entirely your responsibility. You’ll be contacted by customs or the courier (e.g., DHL) before delivery if charges apply. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
- Refused Shipments or Returned Parcels:
If you refuse delivery due to customs charges or for any reason, or if your parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, Aulieude Clothing Pty Ltd reserves the right to:
- Deduct all shipping (initial and return) fees
- Deduct handling and merchant fees incurred
- Refund only the remaining order balance (if any)
In some cases, no refund will be issued if the return costs exceed the order value or if the parcel is not returned to us. Please contact us if you’re unsure about your local duties before ordering.
Processing & Delivery Times
- A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase
- Some orders may be delivered in 2 parts if items are sent from different warehouses
- Orders may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.
- Shipping confirmation and tracking details may take 24 hours to send once dispatched
- High-volume periods (e.g. collection launches, or sales) may cause delays
